One of Aurora Aviation’s areas of expertise is the provision of airport ground handling services for commercial airlines, cargo airlines, private jet operators, and military flights. Our team encompasses all the services necessary from the time an aircraft lands to the time it takes off again.
Being a strategic partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), our role as a ground handling agent is to follow the most recent standard agreements and stop ground damage or operational incidents from occurring.
Our activities cover ramp and passenger services, which include the acceptance of incoming and outgoing passengers such as VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and people with restricted mobility. Apart from that, Aurora Aviation also handles representation, administration, supervision, load control, flight operations, and communications, cargo and mail services, as well as other support services.
